Peapod: 12 Week Update

Peapod is the size of: a LIME

How I am feeling: I am slowly starting to feel better. Thank goodness! It has been a much rougher first trimester than I had with Noah. So much more nausea, more fatigue and even some vomitting this pregnancy. My first trimester symptoms were totally gone with Noah by 10 weeks, and mine are still lingering a bit now at 12 weeks. My nausea seems to be about gone, but I am still very exhausted and ready for bed anytime between 8:30-9:30pm. I am really looking forward to the second trimester burst of energy, and I am ready for it any day now!;)

What I am liking to eat these days: fruit (especially apples and bananas), mexican food (beef tacos, chips and salsa, guacamole, cheese dip, taco salads), peanut butter, cereal with whole milk, yogurt, eggs, salad, potato chips and ice cream (not my healthiest cravings ;), cold water

What I am NOT liking to eat these days: fish, kombucha tea, most vegetables

Other Fun Info: So far Noah is very excited to be a BIG brother! He has been very patient and sweet with me thus far in pregnancy and likes to give Peapod gentle touches on my belly (we have had a few pounces though ;) He is determined that Peapod is a baby girl right now, so we will see if he is right at 20 weeks. Cole and I are just hoping for a healthy baby!

Til next month!
