It is with great sadness that I write this post. Our beloved Kingston left us late Monday after almost 6 years together. It was one of the most difficult things Cole and I have had to do. Our kind hearted big man started to show signs that something was very wrong neurologically. He became very aggressive towards humans, esp Cole. We know that this was not who Kingston was at his core. We have so many fond memories with him and those are the memories we are choosing to remember. He was the sweet 6 month old puppy with massive feet who immediately ran to me and jumped in my lap when we saw him for the first time at PetSmart from Animal Action Rescue. He was the gentle dog who liked to snuggle his kitty brother, Oliver. He was kind boy who always allowed Oxford, his older puppy sister, to be alpha. He was the loving dog who always made Noah feel better when he was sick and was always so gentle with him. He was our big ole' sofa dog who loved listening to spa music. He was my special boy who never wanted anything or anyone to harm me. He was always there for me no matter what and never wanted to upset me. I am forever grateful to have been his momma for almost 6 years. He will always be in our hearts, and we will always love him. We hope he is resting peacefully on his forever sofa listening to spa music. We love and miss you, Big Man.
May you rest in peace, my love.
