Spring is finally here, and we are so excited about the warmer weather, flowers blooming and fun spring activities! Noah loves playing with the plastic Easter eggs, so I came up with this simple little activity using the eggs. I simply found some items that would make fun sounds inside of the eggs. I used paper clips, an almond, magnet, rock and a cotton ball (thought the silent egg would be fun!). He had so much fun shaking the eggs and listening to the different sounds, opening up the eggs and switching around the objects, and playing a guessing game with me. I shook two eggs and asked him which item was in the egg (ex: cotton ball, paper clips, etc). It was a fun listening activity for sure! Hope your child has fun playing with egg shakers too!
