Has it really already been 1 1/2 years since Noah was born?!?! Time really does go by way too fast and so did this month. I feel like so much of this month was Christmas and once the holidays were over, so was the month.
Noah had so much fun celebrating his second Christmas, and it was so magical for Cole and me celebrating with our sweet boy. See the Christmas blog post for all of the details! After Christmas, we headed to the beach for a few days with Cole's family. It was such a wonderful time! Photos from the trip are posted on the blog.
I took Noah to see a holistic pediatric doctor this month to help with all of his stomach trouble lately. It was one of the best decisions I have made in a long time! She has been extremely helpful and has started him on several homeopathic remedies to help heal his gut. He is feeling so much better and food is not bothering him nearly as much. I hope he continues to feel better and better!
Noah's speech has totally taken off this month, and he has so many new words! I am not sure I will be able to remember them all, but I will try: please, uncle, aunt, Oma, Opa, GMa, GDa, Elmo, Ernie, hammer, heartbeat, pee pee, poo poo, block, truck, go, agua, cup, cold, down, etc. I feel like each day, he is repeating more and more words. He is like a little parrot now. ;) I can't wait to see what his speech looks like next month!
Unfortunately, Noah got the flu. :( A runny nose started about 2 weeks ago. Then, about a week ago (right after Christmas), he started showing what we thought were teething signs. Turns out, it was all related to the flu. Poor thing had a low grade fever off and on for over 5 days. His fever finally broke on Tuesday, and he started to seem a bit better after that. Hopefully, he will be 100% back to himself very soon!
Likes: momma, music, dancing, Curious George, books, playing peekaboo with his silks, his blocks, his friend Em, FaceTime
Dislikes: not knowing where Momma is, the flu
Til next month!
